Why I created The Teeth Whitening Boutique
Hi, I’m Georgina.
I’ve spent the last 21 years in the dental industry and kept noticing the same thing, people wanting to feel more confident in their smile but not loving the experience that came with it.
Most teeth whitening felt too clinical, too uncomfortable, too expensive or honestly… just a bit awkward.
And for something that’s supposed to make you feel good, that never sat right with me.
So I created The Teeth Whitening Boutique to feel completely different.
A space where you still get the benefit of years of dental experience and safe, effective treatments but in an environment that feels relaxed, welcoming and genuinely enjoyable.
Somewhere you can walk in, put Netflix on, switch off for a while and leave feeling fresher, brighter and more confident without it feeling like a big scary dental appointment.

Georgina Northcott
Founder/Owner, NSW Head Technician
Georgina entered the dental world way back in 2005, beginning her career as a dental assistant before moving into practice management, where she has spent the past decade leading from the front. With over 10 years of experience managing some of Australia’s top dental practices, from general dental, prosthodontist clinics to oral surgery, Georgina has overseen multiple locations across Noosa, Brisbane, Sydney and Bowral.
Her background brings not only a deep understanding of clinical excellence but also a proven ability to create seamless client experiences and build thriving practices. Combining her extensive industry knowledge with her passion for aesthetics and self care, Georgina founded The Teeth Whitening Boutique cosmetic whitening both affordable and lifestyle driven.
Today she leads TTWB with the same philosophy she’s lived throughout her career; delivering care with integrity, expertise and a boutique touch that elevates every smile.

Steffi Rigby
QLD Head Technician- Noosa and Brisbane
With growing demand across Queensland, Steffi has become an integral part of The Teeth Whitening Boutique team, servicing both Noosa and Brisbane.
Bringing over 20 years of experience in the dental industry, Steffi offers a depth of knowledge and expertise that ensures every treatment is delivered with precision and care. A teeth whitening enthusiast herself, she truly understands the ins and outs of achieving exceptional results, all within a relaxed, calm and comfortable environment.
Known for her gentle nature and attention to detail, Steffi creates an experience where clients feel completely at ease, knowing they are in safe, experienced hands.
Outside of the clinic, Steffi is a proud mum to three amazing boys and somehow does it all, a true super mum. Her latest obsession, running, has quickly become her entire personality (and we’re here for it), alongside life with her dog, Abbi and Husband, Spencer.
Steffi brings the perfect balance of clinical experience and warm, down to earth energy (loves to have a laugh!) making her a valued part of the TTWB experience.

Elisha Roberts
Meet Elisha your Noosa whitening technician.
With over 20 years in the dental industry, Elisha began her career in 2003 and has since built a wealth of experience across private practice, school dental programs, and government clinics. She is currently working in community health, treating both adults and children across Noosa, including in local school dental vans. You may even recognise her from her years caring for the community.
A true Noosa local, Elisha attended both primary and high school here and now calls the area home with her three beautiful children. Outside of the clinic, you’ll find her soaking up everything Noosa has to offer, from walks through the National Park to beach days, and a little well earned downtime at home with her cat, Yoko.
Elisha works Sundays within Noosa Brow Co, bringing The Teeth Whitening Boutique experience to Noosa with the same elevated, results driven approach we’re known for.
At The Teeth Whitening Boutique, Elisha combines her extensive dental background with a warm, grounded energy. Delivering treatments with precision, care, and a deep understanding of oral health.

Annabelle O'Reilly
NSW Technician- Sydney
Annabelle (or Bella to us!) brings over 15 years of experience in the dental industry, with a strong clinical background in chairside assistance, patient care and treatment support across a range of dental settings. Currently studying Oral Health Therapy, she has a deep understanding of oral health, enamel care and safe whitening protocols. Originally from Noosa, Annabelle brings a calm, professional presence to the clinic and is also a proud mum to a one year old, Romeo.
Available every second Friday and Saturday in Bondi Junction.
