By booking an appointment with The Teeth Whitening Boutique, you agree to the following terms:

• A $100 deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are non refundable but may be transferred with a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment, or failure to attend, may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
• Clients must complete all pre-treatment forms honestly and disclose any medical conditions, dental concerns, pregnancy, allergies, or recent dental work prior to treatment.
• Cosmetic teeth whitening results vary from person to person depending on natural tooth shade, staining, lifestyle habits, and existing dental conditions. No guaranteed shade outcome is promised.
• Teeth whitening is a cosmetic treatment only and does not replace dental treatment or professional dental care.
• The Teeth Whitening Boutique reserves the right to refuse or cease treatment if deemed unsuitable or unsafe for the client.
• Clients must follow all aftercare instructions provided post-treatment to help maintain results and minimise sensitivity.
• By attending your appointment, you acknowledge you are undertaking a cosmetic whitening treatment voluntarily and understand temporary sensitivity may occur.
• Gift vouchers, promotional offers, memberships and treatment packages are non refundable and subject to expiry dates and individual offer terms.
